Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. U.S. orders should arrive within 1-7 business days.

All continental US packages are shipped by Standard shipping delivered by USPS. Chic Lashes is not-responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undelivered addresses, or incorrect contact information.If a package is considered lost or damaged please contact ChicLashes00@gmail.com within 10 days from the last scanned date.

Chic Lashes occasionally offers special promotions. To take advantage of these promotions please enter the promotional code during checkout. If the offer is valid, it will automatically be applied to your cart. Only one promotional code may be used per online order and does not apply to certain products.

If you receive any damaged products, please address your concern to  Chiclashes00@gmail.com. Damaged products will be replaced by Chic Lashes or refunded after returned to Chic Lashes. All shipments for the replacement products will be subject to the same shipping address service selected for the original order. We will not upgrade shipping service and can only upgrade the shipping service with additional payment from customer.​
